To speak your mind

Without the fear of offending, hurting

or loving too much

Freedom is

To go where your heart desires

And breathe in spaces that feel safe and warm

Freedom is

Making and making and making and living

That you surround yourself in a room of your version of beauty

Without worry that someone else will walk in and not feel the same

Freedom is feeling at home

In a way where all sides of you can sit around the living room

Talking and laughing over a pot of shared tea

And no one is there to judge the other

For being too much or too little

Freedom is to be as you are

And accepted all the same
