Stacy Huang is a creative whose practice breathes at the intersection of the arts, education and community. As a social arts practitioner, Stacy's work is relational and involves working deeply with people. She believes in the gentle force of creative expression and art pedagogy as tools to navigating life’s biggest questions, and often draws on everyday aesthetics and metaphors as a tool for creative intervention with extraordinary impact. Her work takes many forms, including but not limited to, educational outreach, experiential programmes, mixed media installations and coaching relationships.
She has most recently worked on Both Sides, Now at Yishun as the assistant artist, and journeyed with 8 seniors and their community through the topic of death and dying. Stacy is currently working part time as the Senior Project Lead for Project Awesome, an educational outreach initiative of Singapore Council of Women's Organisations, that empowers young audiences to dream big, aim high and live their lives to the fullest potential.
