If your inner world were a garden right now,
what would it look like?
what is overgrown?
what is quietly blooming?
What is tend?
tend is an evolving reflective coaching model inspired by gardens, cycles, and the slow work of care.
It weaves together creativity, coaching, and embodied reflection to help you reconnect with your inner pace, cultivate clarity, replenish what has been stretched thin, strengthen your inner infrastructure of care and move forward with grounded, meaningful momentum.
tend is designed to support individuals, caregivers, social workers, and community practitioners to slow down, listen inward, and tend to their emotional and imaginative worlds — especially in seasons of transition, tension, or quiet change.
I believe that meaningful change begins when we pause long enough to notice ourselves — our inner weather, unmet needs, embodied responses, and longings that don’t yet have words.
tend is not therapy. tend is not a workshop.

Testimonials
Lee Ling (Dec 2025)
“During our session, I became aware of some inner resistance around the word exam. Rather than trying to avoid it, the space you held — through your calm presence and well-timed questions — allowed me to slow down and listen inwardly.
In that space, something new emerged. The sentence “This is the place where my success begins” surfaced naturally, and that shift in language immediately changed my inner state. I felt energized, motivated, and excited, and for the first time, success truly felt within reach.
I deeply appreciate you for being there, for asking the questions that helped me dive within myself, and for trusting me with the space to be creative. I had never thought of myself as being creative in this way, and this experience reminded me of a resourcefulness within me that I’m really proud of.
This conversation will stay with me. It reminded me how powerful coaching can be — when judgment is removed and curiosity is invited, creativity unfolds and new meanings are formed. Thank you for being such a thoughtful and supportive coach.”
E. L. (Dec 2025)
“Through sessions with Stacy, I gained greater clarity in the value I provide as a brand weaver consultant, and also grew in confidence in the viability of working in non-traditional paths as a freelancer. This year, I explored a few ways to make money as a creative biz, and learnt more about what I liked and what I don't.
On a personal level, some of the wins I made was learning how to tap into my own discernment and perception, instead of doubting myself. I also learnt to be comfortable to risk being disliked, and to stand up for my values.”
Sabrina B. (Aug 2025)
“Working with Stacy was a truly transformative experience. What I loved most about her coaching style was the creative space she opened up for me - she listened with empathy and responded in ways that helped me feel safe enough to be honest and vulnerable. That combination gave me the outlet I needed to explore both my creative process and myself more deeply.”
Desmond Chen (Aug 2025)
“When I engaged Stacy as a coach, I didn’t know what to expect, and I eventually had one of the most transformational coaching over the last 7 years for myself. It was a very immersive, and eye-opening experience as she was trule exploratory and partnering with me as I navigated a difficult topic on my self-identity. Her somatic coaching and arts coaching style worked very well with me to dive deeper as someone who prided on intellectual responses.”

My Story
Hi, I’m Stacy, a certified coach practitioner with a social arts practice, currently working toward my ICF ACC credential. Having worked at the intersection of the arts, education and community for over 8 years, I’ve witnessed how artistic tools provide the avenue for self-expression, reflection, discovery and personal transformation. tend is born out of the desire to combine coaching strategies with arts-based approaches, recognising how these mediums bring long lasting change in powerful complimentary ways. My approach is gentle, spacious, and trauma-informed, offering a steady presence for you to reconnect with your own clarity and capacity.
Here is an invite for you to be part of how tend takes root.
Because some seasons are for softening into your truth.
