Spaces Becoming is a collection of mixed media collages that expresses a community's shared sense of place – from the smell of rain, to the colours of autumn, the coffeeshop where old friends gather, and the courtyard where weekend aerobics take place. The mixed media collages were translated into an installation comprising of acrylic pieces and vinyl stickers, scattered throughout a communal café in the outdoor compound of Lentor Health Nursing Home.

Serving as points of reflection and conversation within Lentor Health, each segment of the installation expresses the memories of a place as captured through our senses, inviting users of the space to reflect on how the elements of our physical environment contributes to its meaning.
