From their favourite colour to the birthday song, a note from their best friend or the book they have had since they can remember – what does happiness look and feel like and how does it differ from people to people? Whether it is a state of being or a fleeting emotion, A Pocket Full Of Sunshine is an intergenerational programme that aims to explore the spectrum of happiness by engaging elderly and children participants to co-create a portable collection of items that brings them joy. The programme will allow participants to reflect what happiness is to themselves through tangible elements like objects, colour, images, words and sounds.
